Kindergarten Teacher Needed

GACS has an immediate opening for a kindergarten teacher.  Applications are due by Friday, September 28, 2018 at 3:00 pm.

Tutor Needed

The Gwinn Area Community Schools is seeking candidates for one (1) part-time tutor to be available for tutoring on a case-by-case basis for students serving long-term out of school suspensions.  Candidates must be available to tutor at least 2 hours/day up to twice weekly (days/times to be arranged) at a neutral location.  Position pays $17 per hour.  Applicants must meet all school board requirements and pass a criminal background check.  

Qualified candidates must possess valid Michigan teacher certification, with preference given to those with special education endorsements.  Interested candidates should apply by submitting a letter of interest and completed application (available at www.gwinn.k12.mi.us) to: Sandra L. The Gwinn Area Community Schools is seeking substitute bus drivers for the 2018-19 academic year. Applicants must meet all school board requirements, possess or obtain a CDL license with a passenger endorsement, be required to submit to drug testing and criminal background check.
